Just spent a good couple of hours roaming the Glowing Sea, despite wanting to break my TV because of the constant RADS noise I got 10 legendary drops which was awesome. A couple of pieces of new armour and a new 10mm and missile laumcher. Sold the rest of the stuff and decided to spend up on the Big Boy, which I'm planning to take bake to the Cambridge Crater and nuke the **** out of the ghouls loitering around there.

My two fav guns ending up being The Deliverer and a recon scope assault rifle.

You can clear a whole base using the rifle from about a kilometer away without VATS.

After you've been made head of the institute, and it tells you if you continue with this mission you will be enemies with the BOS, can you still fast travel to the pryden??? Just wondering if i should clear it out first if it wont let me fast travel there later....
Nope.

Just finished the main story line (roughly 30 hours of gameplay), it's safe to say now that this game has been a disappointment. Skyrim was every I wanted in a Bethesda game, this however make me feel as though they decided not to innovate anything and just rehash what they've done before on a new console.

Cheers mate. Best i raid it and clear house first.
Without posting spoilers, you can of course get on board the prydwyn by other means once you are enemies with the BOS

Pretty sure i am going to side with the
railroad. I couldn't kill Tinker Tom.

BOS and the institute...screw those guys.

After nearly 2 months i should be sick of this game but it keeps luring me back like the sirens song

Yeh i'm torn with the institute. I just did the quest where you have to recover the synths, and i chose to let them free. (great quest for loot, the BOS and Institute fight each other and you just loot the corpses) Father cracked it, and i chose dialogue which made me enemies with the institute. Saved, then reloaded just before and managed to still be alligned with them. Not sure how ill finsish but it will be interesting replaying as enemies with the institute after i've finished

Is there a point you can save just before you make a big decision on the groups?
I haven't got to the point where i have to choose, but its coming very soon.

And you can save any time? So yes if an obvious big decision comes up just pause and save and off you go. That's how people have got all the endings with just one playthrough

I doubt this is a spoiler so I wont use the spoiler function (dont know how anyway)

But i told the main guy from the BoS that i wanted them to help make the transporter thingy by mistake. After robbing a settlement i really dont like them so i wanna bail. Ive been trying to piss em off. Does this mean i have aligned with them? Trying to sound vaguely vauge becuse i am not familiar with the spoiler function

How do you make the recon scope assault rifle?

This particular one already had the scope but I made it more powerful. However, most guns can be modified to have a recon scope. Can't remember what the requirement is...

But the beauty of doing it with an assault rifle is there is basically no recoil. So, 80 bullet clip with no recoil versus a sniper with CRAZy recoil and 10 bullets. No brainer.

Can the assault take .50 ammo?
