I've done New Vegas with all DLC and most achievements in under 100 (don't have stats on FO3 cause it was on PS3) so if you're talking base game I could see it.

Anybody else wish there was a way to get around in this besides walking? I dont like fast travelling, because i love the exploring element. But just wish you could sprint/ride a bicycle or something in this dont even know if it actually made any difference but i remember when i was trying to haul ass in fallout 3/NV, id just be jumping everywhere i go and it just felt odd
