I'd say its more likely he's entered a code in on PC.

As opposed to finding all 71, and not using any of them before filming this clip

I think seens as there is only 71 fusion cores in the game (according to that map) and he has 71...Surely it can't be a coincidence.

Level 15 currently. Came across my 2nd legendary mob. Got excited. Killed it, go to loot.... great, now i have 2 left leg Legendary items which cant be worn at the same time...

Do a quick save right before you kill Legendaries, if you don't like the loot just load the quicksave and see what you get next time.

I think it usually works with a quick save but always works with an auto

I say the its the cheat spawning every fusion core in the game into your inventory. It'd be weird for him to collect every single core and not use any until this moment

Does anyone know what those radio aerials do that you find dotted around the place. I've raised a couple and had some dodgy garbled message come through. I guess you might have to raise all of them to make the message clear?

Nah, the message gets clearer as you get closer to the origin. Just another way of presenting side quests. It's funny cos most of the people sending out messages are dead ha ha ha ha
