Apparently the pvp scaling is ******, you should have been able to wreck the level 50

First time I didn't fight back. Second time I was like "F-OFF" and gave him a fair beating but 2 against one was never going to end well. Especially since I had no PA.

Anyone else opting for no PA?

Fair enough, I hate the HUD on the power armour so only wear it if I really have to.

I have approached Bethesda and EB games for a refund, I don't even care anymore shit isn't worth $300 and this is coming from someone who bought the CE for New Vegas and FO4 as well.

When they both deny my request i'll be going to the ACCC for bait and switch advertising

It was my Christmas present it's sitting on a shelf unopened. I opened the box got the game out and that's it, so no i had never really thought about it to be honest.

I'm quickly getting over it though so if i can get a refund somehow then great.

I'm not really outraged just sizing up the cost of $300 and it being a bit meh.
If there is a chance to refund it then i will.

Can buy the now discounted fo76 and bf v and still have $200 left

Go for it. Post the results, seems like there are going to be a few doing the same going by Reddit. If anything, it might teach developers in being a bit more honest when promoting products like that special edition. So hopefully any consumer watchdog and the likes back in the consumers on this one.

Bloke on Reddit said he went straight to eb and they said no worries refunded the whole lot. I'll try tomorrow

He didn't know anything about it, took the bag out of its packaging (mind you i hadn't even opened any of the stuff besides the game) and he wasn't even the manager so it's not like he has kpi's around returns or anything like that
