Good point, isnt there a large update file download needed before you can play on the PS4 regardless ?

On [device_name] using BigFooty.com mobile app

Console is supposed to delete the beta and start fresh, apparently it's 55gig, pc keeps the beta and has a 'small' update, remains to be seen what they consider small to be

Cheers I will need the two days just to down loading 55 Gig to be ready for the server start !

Allegedly the ps4 preload is available now, not sure if you need the actual game first though.

So should I buy this? I really liked 3 & 4 aside from all the game-breaking glitches. Never played NV for whatever reason.

The reviews I’m reading, both professional and amateur, are pretty polarising.

I guess asking to exclude subjective stuff from replies is ambitious.

Best way to answer this mate is simply....

1. Do you like crafting ?
2. Do you like exploring ?
3 Do you like loot ?
4 Do you like deep character progression that allows for builds to be varied ?
5 Did you like fallout 4 ? You said yes to that one.

IMO if you say Yes to the above, you should buy it. Bottom line, a lot of the negative feedback is from you tubers who 1. Hardly have had any exposure to Fallout games prior. 2. Expected a FPS shooter with RPG mechanics and amazing graphics that those smaller games in world aka map sizes allow for. 3. Ignore the fact its a BETA and were warned prior that it was a buggy build.

I came into the BETA knowing it was a fallout game, it plays like one, which is hugely important for me. Whats even better, it feels when i want it to feel like a single player game, or when my mates are on, some of the team combat is insane! particularly when you break the 30's barrier as the content and difficulty really ramps up.

That's why i chuckle when they knock the AI. At mid to higher levels, most of the fights are brutal if you just walk in and think you can play like you did at the lower levels.

I thought it was easy, sneaking around one shotting most enemies then I met old mates the snellygaster's and boy did they **** my day up

Ive always been a sports player on xbox like fifa and nba.
Ive been obsessed with RDR2 the last couple of weeks.
Im thinking of giving Fallout a go.
Can someone help convince me that i should get it?

I'll beat you up if you don't get it.

Online game it's not like you can play early if you get the game early

Let's turn the servers on before people can actually even get the game.

For such a big company some of their marketing decisions are so dumb

You sold me on it ;)

Was hearing complaints from the US that Australia got the game "early", its right on time for us you idiots. Seriously it seems most people in America think the world revolves around America.

Wait until someone suggests in a Fallout forum that the next fallout should be based in Aus/Europe, and see the Yankees melt

"it's not fallout without the US"

Until they realised that switching the pc servers on in nz switched it on for everyone worldwide. Then it was just console complaining.

Got my power armour edition today

Very happy with the quality of the helmet

The thing is ****ing huge, i wanted to put it next to my pipboy but i don't think it will fit, **** bethesda though pay $300 and can't play launch night because the in store date is after the launch date.

The last of my goodwill towards them is pretty much gone, doubt i will bother with Starfield

The helmet is well made, it’s a lot harder and detailed than what I thought it’ll be.

Looking forward to firing up the game tonight .

I saw people complaining you can't see out of the visor but mine is fine bit blurry but easy enough to walk around, it's just hot as all **** and heavy

I can see through it but I wouldn’t be walking around it in

It’s ******* massive

The problem is the -2 PER that helmets give you, that's why you can't walk around ;)

I’m tempted to wear it and use the voice module to ask my boss for a raise

You don't ask for a raise you requisition a raise in the name of the brotherhood
