Hi All,

Just wanting to see how my projected team is going & would like to compare it to others. The Projected Total for Round 1 for my team is 1912 points.
What do you guys have?

thats really quite high, i know it means nothing at all but just for interests sake is that counting your predicted captain twice?

Not sure if it includes Capt or not, if it doesnt my default is GAJ like every1 else so add another 139.4:D.

The team is posted in another thread on this board, only this afternoon so shouldnt be hard to find........

Really looking forward to this season and i wish i had my prospectus for my Bali trip tomorrow.

The projected scores include a captain, assuming that you make your highest scorer captain.

Always seem to be around the 1950 to 2030 mark.

Still in holiday mode, cricket watching mode, etc to give two hoots about stuff like this. :o

Like always I will wait till Supercoach opens and re-draft my team about 1000 times before I am happy with it but I do have the usual suspects floating around in my head to pick for my team, value picks like Hunt and Franklin and then there's the no brainer top 5-10 draft picks. Going to start with Ablett and Coxy too. :thumbsu:

The relevance of the guru score is very limited. If you pick a lot of Carlton players that average well against Richmond then you are going to have a pretty decent rd1 guru score.

What would be great is a 2009 season average prediction - but obviously would be very difficult to compile.

A his predictions based on anything or are they just guesswork?

By the way, what's wrong with the website? I haven't been able to access it for a couple of days.

I have a plan team with a guru score of 2394. It's not ridiculous - every player I would at least consider in the real stuff. If I went to absurd lengths and had all rookies on the bench I could get it well over 2400. Interestingly there are no Carlton players.

thats awesome, make sure you keep that team! you'll win the $50k for sure if monty thinks they will score that high!

I found it more of a distraction last year if anything. Last year I had David Hale  in my team for a while because the guru round 1 score was 120ish.

Better to look at the 09 and 08 averages and ignore the projected round 1 total.
