I mean I can understand wanting to grow respect for umps but far out booting someone for calling the ump a flog is going too far the other way (if he called him a **** than fair enough - homophobia has no place in society). It's the footy, abuse occasionally happens. The funnier, the better.

Sometimes the funniest moments at the footy is when someone yells out something that was intended to be abusive. It's the timing, or the moment that makes it funny. I really do think society needs to stop taking itself so seriously, and stop being upset by things just because you think you should be.
