I propose a new rule to quicken up the game:

If you are online and your turn is within 8 picks, you must PM a shortlist (of 8 players obviously) to SM9. If not and your turn comes around when you're offline, the pick is forfeited until the next time you come online.

But please: If you know you're not going to be online and your pick is within 6 or 7, do the right thing and PM me even a couple of preferences. If none of them are available when it comes to be your shot - we'll just wait for you, but at least if your choices are still available the game can keep moving.
