If we knew it was going to take this long, we never would have started early.

Having a live draft on a weekend (say the 2nd or 3rd of March) would have been better.

On the whole most people have been fairly quick. I actually am finding it amusing we are stuck again on DangerSloane again after he said he'd be quicker :) To be fair it has only been 21 hours since he has been up, not the 53 and a bit it was last time. I'm sure he will pick tonight. We only have 16 picks to go so hopefully we will be done by the weekend. I'm eager to start creating trade proposals.

How so? It would have just meant I set up a list and it get drafted in order.

You'd sit at your computer, and pick live. 60-90 seconds max per pick. Would've been really exciting I think.

And VanR88 I don't think it's been quick at all. We finished the off season draft game in quicker time, and had more than twice the amount of picks (396 to 150).

Even Allefgib got his last picks in no time, and his wife was having their third child FFS! That is commitment!
 
hdecure - I would quadruple like that post, if I could.

This was maybe a bad idea. I DID think it would be more like the off season draft. That was really fun and exciting.

I'm going to create a list, and rank people on their average time between picks.

Bear in mind folks that I was overseas for two weeks, so If I'm above you, prepare to be disappointed :D

I never said it was quick, just that certain people have been quick, only a couple have been slow. If you are working out time between picks, I would not count between 11pm-7am when most people are asleep and it is fair enough that there is a 8-12 hour gap.

If you count the picks while I've been home, I'm a blistering 16 minutes and 30 seconds on average!!! :D

Disappointing it has now been a whole day... again. I'm not expecting people to be as quick as I am which by my quick calculations, I'm one of the quicker posters :cool: because not everyone has access to the internet via mobiles and people don't all have jobs where they can have DreamTeam active during work! But if you take over 2 days at your last pick and say you will not be as slow again and now spend over a day on your next pick you are going to start annoying people.
 
We ARE gonna finish this in time, right? :oops:
