Kristof, Yes I made this offer because I think it evens out the trade you proposed (Hanley for Shaw) and provides us both with a win/win in regards to the bye round. You arguably get a slightly higher scoring defender (Shaw over Hanley), while I get an arguably higher scoring forward (Martin over Rioli). I think the scoring capabilities of the two players combined are even. I'm content with your decision either way. :)

Ah, I think the gap between Shaw and Hanley is closer than between Martin and Rioli. The problem with Rioli is that he's an 18 game a year player.

Maybe if we included Stanton and Mitchell as well?

The hilarious this is, we're flipping a whole series of back-to-back picks we made. :)

I'm going to decline the trade of Stanton for Mitchell, I think I got a bargain selecting him at Pick 40. Mitchell I feel will stay solid at his average. Feel free to consider alternatives. The only players i'm not interested in from your side are Rance and Hawkins.

The primary trade i'm interested in is swapping Hanley for Shaw. But evening it out slightly. You're right it's not a huge difference. Whether that's 2 or 3 trades is not a major issue. I'll think about an alternative as well.

My thinking was that Leuey is a big injury risk. Not playing at the start and maybe not at full level all year, so Kreuz could be better cover.

Mundy & Hanley for Gaff & Shaw?

I think i'm going to wait and think about it.

I've also offered H.Shaw to hdecure for Duffield as it would allow him to drop Bock (if he wanted) and even out his defence cover.

Also Bacon8 Birchall for Shaw again balancing the bye rounds.
 
Fair enough. I'm not that worried about byes. It's a long season and one bad week isn't a big crisis.

Yep, been eyeing off Shaw, still not sure on that trade yet. Let me think that one through. I like Duffield's potential this year.

I really just did that because it's of the sense that "everybody is up for grabs" at this point.
However, I have a massive hole in defence thanks to Suckling doing a knee 2 days after I drafted him. I'll take a look and come back at you when... I'm not at work. :)

How about Jacobs and Selwood for Hibberd and Barlow or Gaff
 
Danoz I need to think about it. I would like Selwood, but don't see a huge difference between him and Barlow. I also rate Hibberd quite highly. Well above Jacobs.

Yep. Would've had Gaff in rather than Barlow. You now have 5 fairly strong mids, so unsure how you would fit in another. My other thought would be to leave off the mids, and bring in a forward trade. Are you interested in Wellingham or Varcoe?

hendo8888, yes it is a good side. Not sure about Whitecross :p but I understand the logic behind having no playing bench rucks and forwards, also no defenders. Will be using the Auto-Emergency I assume.
