Taking a 4 point hit and going Djiboudi to Kone since it looks like he isn't going anywhere and is the likely starter

What was your other transfer?

Kone and Evans seem big value at 4.5 down back.

If tempted to do something with Deufelou but the options around his price don't seem amazing.

I still like Ramirez as a nice little 5.5 enabler. Anyone else have him as their 4th mid?

Capoue for Hojberg. Regretted making the switch to Hojberg in the first place. And then once I wanted to make changes few hrs before kick off the site was down

Hm, I wouldn't be wasting a -4 on those sorts of transfers. You need to be backing the players you bring in to outscore the ones going out by more than 4 points - or else it's not worth it.

Djiboudi won't play so it pays for itself in 2-3 poor games.

Capoue is a more likely chance for 90 mins than Hojberg and is playing a new advanced role in midfield

Watford also have a harsh set of fixtures over their next 4.

He is likely to be benched quite a bit. It's more a squad balance like having a certain starter at my mid5 spot. Not confident on Hojberg

Yeah I guess that's my point. If he's just going to be benched then it's not worth costing yourself a -4 on that.

It's to save me making a change the week after. Also would rather play the harder sides early so might start him in those game games against Chelsea and arsenal sides take a while to get to their best so there's bonus points and potential goals to be found early on that wouldn't happen in a later season Watford vs Arsenal game

Ended up with 70 points in the first week, no need to change things up yet, just traded out my only non playing defender who one who does play, cost 0.1 points to do so.

Ended up going a bit different than my initial squad picked in pre-season. In hindsight I'm happy with most of the calls.

- The big one was Ibra over Vardy. Gave into my heart over my head as decided I didn't want to be pissed off every time Ibra scored.
- Really wanted Tadic, but with Redmond playing as a 2nd striker I feel he can return similar or more points at 1.5m cheaper.
- Barkley/Lamela was a tough call as Barkley always seems to start the season strong, but Lamela's pre-season form and Tottenham's more creative attack won out. Looked great first up, hope he carries on with it.
- Baines over Stones is just trying to be a bit different from the crowd. Everton has a very friendly run coming up, and for only 0.5m more will offer a lot more in terms of attacking returns. Hope he can return to his form of yesteryear.

May play Friend (Sunderland) over Redmond (United) this week. Good luck everyone.

I want to get rid of Shane Long, but South have Sunderland at home and I know he'll score a brace if I trade him out

After Sunderland they have Arsenal (A), Swansea (H), West Ham (A) and Leicester (A)

Aaarrrgghhh! He was such a bad get.. Think I just need to bite the bullet and piss him off

I am confident however that they're draw will open up and both he and South will have a good run

Good start, Ibra and Shaw. Was trying to decide between Kane/Ibra as captain. I really hope Kane gets a goal now!

I suspect that's because of who they were playing as much as anything. They did say he could play anywhere across that midfield.

Yeah zlatan captain as well. Will need to get a united defender. Gonna keep a lot of clean sheets at home this season. Wven thinking about getting Clyne as well when Liverpool's fixtures open up a little. He was superb against Arsenal.
