I hate the idea of locking yourself into early transfers starting guys who are essentially bandaids filling in for the late starters.

I'd only be going with Allison/Robbo/VVD as Pool defenders. Clyne and TAA could rotate and Lovren (who is first choice before Gomez and Klavan) will probably miss the first couple of games. I currently have Robbo as I think he is by far the best option.

Lamela is a good sleeper pick for Fantasy this season.

He is finally having a full preseason after being injury plagued for the past 2 and Heung Min Son apparently is unavailable for the first few games due to national team commitments. Lamela will get his chance to stake his claim on Spurs first XI.

Nope. Son available for Saturday but not for the next 3 weeks after that.
Lamela is injured.

Don't affect each other as one is on the right and the other left. However, Lamela is injured so that's a spot open and failing to secure Martial will mean no natural LW player available from MD02 to the first international break.

What is unknown is the formation.

4-2-3-1 and it'll be Eriksen-Dele-Moura
4-3-3 Dele Kane Moura
3-4-2-1 Eriksen and Dele.

I'd say he's a good chance to get early game time though. Has a pre-season under his belt.
