Your literally fighting over nothing smh.

I thought I was just discussing the metrics of the game and correcting Ratts on a misunderstanding about how valuation and scoring works, but I guess hard to have a conversation with him that doesn't become squabbling over semantics.

88 to start the year. Decent.

All of my defenders apart from Peltier (who was last on the bench anyway) scored or assisted - the benefits of having attacking full backs in your squad. Mahrez got subbed about 20 seconds before he would've gotten an extra 2 points too, which is annoying.

Thoughts on Milovojevic to Neves? Leaves me with 1.5 ITB.
Wouldn't do it. Neves rarely scores or assists (just need to look at his stats in their championship season). I wouldn't jump on just because of the free kick.

If someone completely independent also points out you are fighting over nothing, maybe don't then attempt to win that argument which no-one else is having.

Yeah I am gonna hold onto Milo, gives me two FT after the end of next week too.

Decent score but need to do something with fabregas. Stupidly bitched it and moved from Richarlison to him. Luckily Mendy was my sub to come in for him. Think I’ll hold Cesc this week and do two transfers the week after. Will give Lucas another week to show something

Probably wouldn't grab Neves, a red card certainly padded his stats a bit (could get forward more for the assist).

Still a decent 5th midfielder option, looks like he could be in a big role for Wolves because anytime they looked like doing anything, he was involved. Probably right with the comment of him not scoring much, he won't be able to move all free kicks 5 yards further forward...

What should I do regarding Iborra?

Martina will never play for Everton again, Sandro will likely be sold or loaned to a European club but if he stays would be on the bench at most. Bonatini will get some game time but the other 2 will need to be moved on first

If Bernardo gets benched this week Pep is a twat. He praised him last week and Bernardo scored on the weekend, so no way someone like Sane starts over him IMO.

Particularly when Bernardo is playing central.. Mahrez and Sterling played wide.
He played wide a number of times last season. If David Silva is fit he can easily displace Bernardo, which means two of Bernardo/Sane/Sterling/Mahrez get benched and right now Bernardo shouldn't be getting benched.

On the flip side, when David Silva is fit to start, I can see Bernardo being benched because City's speed on the flanks is crucial to their game and Bernardo isn't as quick as the other 3.

In regards to this week, he shouldn't be benched either way is what I am saying, after that who knows.

Of course, I'm merely suggesting if Sane is to come into the team, Bernard's spot isn't really in danger, as Pep is hardly going to shift Sterling or Mahrez central (NOTE TO CRUYFF: I DON'T MEAN CDM :P ). The more pressing risk is KdB starting, however I suspect Gundogan would be the one to drop out.

Their front 6 at full strength is Fernandinho/KDB/Silva/Sterling/Sane/Aguero everyone knows that. Sane has no form at the moment so dropping Bernardo for him would be harsh. Hopefully we can get a few more weeks of Bernardo before he gets inevitably benched.

You think he'd play Sane in the centre forward role?

I don't think David Silva is in their Best XI anymore, unless you mean Bernardo Silva.

Pep was absolutely purring about his pre-season and his value to the team, I honestly think he's Best XI now with D. Silva, Gundogan and one of Sane/Mahrez/Sterling being the depth.

Bluemoon think otherwise re David Silva. He had a difficult end to last season with his kid being born way too premature so was away from the team a lot, plus he hasn't really had a pre-season so far this year. Once he gets going again I see him as a starter still. People on Bluemoon still rave on about how important he is to the team. Obviously as a Bernardo owner I hope he keeps starting but I'm not expecting him to still be starting in a months time.

Unless it's for Sane on the flank...

That's actually the other point in Bernardo's favour, that he's currently playing centrally but can also be an option out wide. Could mean he either starts central with KdB with Fernandinho behind them, OR on the wing as a rotation for Sterling (Bernardo is a right sided forward?) and only rarely out of the team himself.

Guess we'll see how it plays out.

David Silva wasn't even on the bench though which was a bit odd if he's still Best XI.

Pep said the first player picked in his team sheet is Bernardo. I don't think he's going anywhere.

Yeah. That's not to say in a few months that opinion might not change, but you don't go from "This guy is amazing and it's him + 10 others" to dropping him inside a few weeks. Particularly after scoring against Arsenal to re-confirm that belief.
