I kept Mendy. Hopefully more is known with his injury soon. If he only misses 1-2 more games I might keep. Worried Trippier gets rotated like last season.

I’m saving a transfer this week. Got money in the bank so want to make 2 moves. Have a decent bench to cover him for now

I have AWB and Bennett as my 4th and 5th Defenders, so rotation doesn't scare me too much so long as if he's rotated he doesn't come on late.

He hasn’t been that great so could be dropped for Aurier at any point. Set pieces the only positive of his season so far

Laporte seems to be number 1 CB this season but I wouldn't pick him with Kompany, Otamendi and Stones all fighting for a spot. Walker is the only other option.

Same but in the long run I think this will be better off for me, Hazard + Maddison vs Salah vs a 4.5 player. 67 for me this week with money in the bank and a Mendy sized problem.

Mendy to Trip would be my gut instinct. Better fixtures for Trip, and in a couple of weeks if Mendy is back you can switch back. Too many guessing games with City so better to just remove yourself from the situation.

I think running with three premo defenders (or at least, from three big clubs) is the way to go, so swapping Mendy out for Trip seems to make sense. I guess other option would be Walker?

A man city defender or GK I think is a must since they'll get top 3 in clean sheets

Tougher fixtures 3 of the next 5 and I've got Robertson. If I transfer out Mendy I don't really want to have 2 Liverpool & 0 City in defence and Ederson is the only City asset I trust to play each week

Problem with Trippier is rotation. Walker much more solid but lower scoring potential. I am also considering Doherty and can rotate with WB.
