This is my first season doing this and obviously have no idea how to play.

You pick players for more than just one week at a time. Barkley isn't starting so is obviously worth ditching. Ceballos as you'd know is on all your set pieces and had two assists last week so at his price is incredibly good value.

i haven't even heard of him, been very disconnected with other squads since LFC have had plenty of CL distraction last couple years. haven't done fantasy since the only season i did it (back in the asamoah gyan days) so having some fun remembering everything. i got rid of zaha for lamela from my initial team and now deeney and jimenez for pikki and chicarito

Also just bit the bullet & wildcard used, team looks a lot better balanced now.

Aarons to Lundstram as a bottom priced emergency
Sharp to Greenwood (to afford Sterling, but he will hopefully get some games & a price rise)
Richarlison to Sterling
Barkley to Ceballos
Vardy to Pukki

VVD/Fraser/Wilson > Maguire/Ceballos/Kane. Don't feel great about it but wanted Kane for his next run of fixtures so had to act quickly on Ceballos who I'm not totally convinced on, but even if he doesn't work out still should make some money and easy enough to go up to a 6.0.

I went the Wildcard and bought these

Leno - cheap and looks like he will play most games for Arsenal.
Zinchenko - cheap and looks like he will play most games for City.
Martial - will score a lot of goals in his new central position.
Pepe - looks like he will start this week, he is going to be a star.
Pukki - could be a flash in the pan but at 6.7 was worth a gamble.
