I'm looking for a lowly priced mid as secondary bench cover alongside Trengrove and just came across Sam Reid as an option. DPP and on the bubble. Can someone give me their opinions on his job security at present. Two scores around 50, is he capable of greater output similar to Hopper? cheers

He's being played more as a forward than a mid, so job security after the bye depends on Stevie J and whether Steele and Palmer keep tearing it up in the NEAFL. Since Hopper playing more mid, Hopper may score more and probably more likely to keep his spot for longer.

Cheers for the input. who isn't tearing it up in the NEAFL for you guys!?
It's actually Hopper who I'm trading out in order to loosen up some cash to bring in Laird for Wagner who's reached his limit.

Think I'll go ahead with it as he'll purely be there as secondary bench cover after Trengrove. Offers the flexibility as a DPP so can always cover FWD if required.
I imagine you guys will be cycling though Steele, Palmer & Reid leading into the finals keeping them all fresh and eager. Envious of your depth that's for sure!

Goodluck with the rest of the year.
