Near the Northview Gas Outpost, just to the top left is the Boar icon.

If you need to find where any animals are, go look at the specific icon in the crafting menu and match it to the one on the map.

It's how I ended up finding the Tapir and Cassowary skins.

Has anyone encountered the heavily armoured enemies? So hard to kill.

Came up against them in one of the Trials of the Rakyat missions. A couple of grenades takes them down fairly fast.

Completed one of the pre-order missions 'Lost Expeditions' has a cool little (maybe big) link to one of Ubisoft's other franchises. The mission itself is rather by the numbers, basically just going to loot chests in a linear level filled with enemies. But the story aspect, and what it implies is neat.

If you can sneak behind them, you can get a headshot. Pretty easy to do because the move so slow.

I've spent far to long just hunting. Nearly full upgrades for most of my gear.

Really enjoying this game after impulse buying it (haven't played FC1 or 2). Great game to much around in. I'm sure the main quests are pretty good too.

Whilst unique I find the protagonist to be... A douch.

Been using the bow and knife primarily for the last 2-3 hours of game time, heaps of fun. Popping off arrow kills 100 metres away with ease now. Anyone in here having problems on PC with DX11, these drivers might help if you have a nvidia card. Up to 38% improvement in some cards.

For me I found keeping it on DX11 and turning down the MSAA anti-aliasing helped.

Almost got everything to craft to max.. been a couple of big days of hunting, now I have the Path of the hunter(?) quests to get the rest.

How is the online verses? I watched a youtube clip of the multiplayer and it looked really fun. Really like the fact that the top scorer of the team and choose to do a punishment to the lowest scoring player on the team. Looked pretty funny.

I tried online last night and it was pretty laggy, kept playing the same map over and over which made things worse.

It's ok. Pretty laggy, best I've had is 2/3 ping. Maps are OK, most are pretty similar, plenty of spots for campers.
