dumb question alert: is it available throuth the PS store?
Yes. And you don't need Far Cry 3 to play it.

20% off for PS+ Subscribers, making what was already a must buy, into a must buy bargain!:rainbow:

^^ Still no urge to download.
Loved far cry 3, loved lollipop chainsaw (for how retro arcade/not all serious it was, seriously more people should play that game)
...........
Still no urge to download blood dragon....
I guess the lure of FC3 was the jungle, open world, the crocs in the river & tigers in the jungle. Still loved it despite hating first person perspective.

Got my platinum/100% for Far Cry 3 Thursday night.

10 minutes in...this is the best DLC I've ever played.

Absolutely amazing, graphics, sound, cutscenes, just wow.

Absolutely loving this so far!! Was a big fan of Far Cry 3 and the seriousness of it all, but Blood Dragon genuinely has me laughing, but loving it at the same time. Tried to take on a dragon as soon as I left the first base, don't know if it's just me, but those bastards are hard to kill

They are very hard to kill.

Took me 1 C4, several blown up barrels, 3 grenades and a shitload of buckshot to take one down.

8 Reloads and a tantrum a few days ago says yes.

I usually run into my base and chip away at them, or car turret gun if you dont mind being zapped with lasers 2-3 times

Trying to get them in the open is impossible.

I killed a few by finding a building with multiple entries and exits and was basically doing figure 8s in and out.

They are slow to react when you come from behind/side so you always get a couple of secs and can chip away

I smashed my car into one of them about 10 times, and whilst the car was on fire, he had lost like 2% of health. Threw a grenade at him and it didnt affect him at all. Then had to run somewhere to shelter and he killed me. Love it though, makes the game more challenging and enjoyable

Yeah, I had to do the start all over again after the first time as I quit early and didn't realise there was no in between save.

But there's one thing about FC3 that I learnt from the regular game and that was to always hard save before quitting, so I quickly realised that you couldn't save until well into the DLC.

Took me a while in that first Garrison too as I was remembering all the mechanics and stealth workings and such again.

Once you're into the open world though it's much easier to save though.
