I have no idea where Voss would ever equal Hodge.
Hodge has it over Voss on all avenues.

I'd have Voss slightly > Hodge over 22 games a season.
Hodge > Voss in the big dance.
Hodge > Voss just barely over an entire career.

Splitting hairs at the point when you start comparing legitimate legends.

Vossy may not have been a great coach but was the best player/leader of his era. No two ways about it, as good as it gets, lead from the front, leader of men, made his team better all over in the same way Hodge did.
