I have no idea what is involved in chairing a football club but I do know our club has never been in better shape and is the envy of the entire comp.

So hats off to Richard because whatever he did for 21 years, it was the right thing.

I loved it when he came out on the front foot about Roos trying to poach our academy players. Right or wrong Colless had announced he would be retiring yet he was still prepared to go whack to stick up for our club even if it was one of our club greats in Roosy. Staunch till the end.
