Hey guys,

Thought I'd dump my milk chat here so people don't get annoyed and yell at me electronically.

Am going to pick up a bottle of WA Grumpy Farmer premium milk on the way home. Anyone tried this?

Am very excited.

Any udder good milks out there?

With love and tolerance,

Farmer Perthblue x

Favorite ice creams (in no particular order- flavours and brands mixed together)

Peppermint choc chip, white choc magnums, drumsticks (used to be peppermint have turned suddenly for vanilla recently), ben n jerrys (jimmy fallon and choc fudge), sara lee (this choc caramel with choc honeycomb balls in it- like little drops of heaven).

Lemon Gelato Pistachio Gelato and my home-made margaretta Gelato
My one was dairy free but for the sake of this thread heres a dairy rich version

So I bought WA Grumpy Farmer's milk. They didn't have any of their 'Premium' brand but I bought their 'Guernsey milk' brand. From my extensive research I can tell you: Guernsey is a type of cow.

The cream at the top was so thick I couldn't even pour it, had to poke it all down with a spoon and shake it.

Anyway, I had a glass and it is bloody delicious. Best milk of the 3 I've tried, since I decided I was a milk expert 4 days ago. Most expensive one too, but I like the glass bottle.

When I was a little boy in Perth we used to get milk delivered each morning at school. Little bottles all sitting unrefrigerated until morning playtime.

Looked sort of like this

Note the boy holding a straw. We had those with chocolate or strawberry powder flavour. Really required for little bottles of milk that were delivered early in the morning and sat in the sun until playtime.

I was a milk monitor at primary school
My job was to deliver those to the class rooms with a few other milk monitors.

We used to get ours as soon as we got to school.
