Give him a break FFS. Wiz loves Melbourne FC and even since he's been at Freo has only the kindest words for your club and his former teammates.

why should anyone give him a break? i was sitting in the front row of that cheersqaud and saw exactly what he did. it is not the first time either. the same thing happened last year as well except they thrashed us then! i have lost so much respect for him as a player. fair enough he had to leave for personal reasons but he doesnt need to be so arrogant. and to think he used to be one of my favourite players

I love him, but he's a psycho.

That dive :D:D:D:Ded me off more than anything, Wheels must have been cut that the umpire didn't see his blatant acting.

I will never forget his game against Collingwood, where he kicked 9 goals in a half, and I think you will find that most Melbourne supporters actually do love him deep down. Thing is, he comes out and acts like a clown and it's just so easy to pick on him.

He does make it hard for himself sometimes. He's the kinda guy you can't help but love when he's on your side, and love to hate when he isn't.

Similar to Pickett in that sense, i agree.

i don't think it's us... i'm sure he does it to every team... i know he did it plenty of times when he was playing for us...

Why did Jeff feel the need to stick it up our cheer squad after his first goal?
It was probably a lot easier than running to the Ponsford Stand to celebrate with his cheer squad. Aside from that it was his 400th, it was a bloody good goal, it was in the first minute of the game - a fair bit to get pumped about I'd of thought. Cut him some slack & be grateful that we had the best of the Little Wiz.

You obviously didn't see it champ, he was being a penis as opposed to just celebrating.

He has no teammates to celebrate it with?

Normally he just stands there with his arms outstretched and looks to the heavens, hence earning the nickname "Black Jesus" from a few mates of mine

Spot on.
He annoys me at times now, but I'll never forget what he was like for us :o .
