I want Dolph to win to set up AJ v Dolph v Nakamura at Wrestlemania.

I'd like that too. Be great to see Ziggler finally get a real match (always been in tag teams/battle royals/40-man ladder matches at WrestleMania) and would be more entertaining than the trading of signature moves Styles vs Nakamura would be.

Is there really such a rule??

If so, they are failing at it pretty badly, has only happened at 2 of the last 4 PPV's and 5 of the past 10. (excluding NXT:Takeovers because they have smaller cards)
Not a publicly stated rule but something I've noticed on Raw and SmackDown the last couple years.
