Fav memory of LYNCHY

Well it was a milo breakfast a fwe years back...
and my daughter was attending...
they did some footy skills hehehe (well if you knew my daughter back then you would have lol too)...
she is very tall and looked so awkward out there with the rest of them...
but being tall and there not being that many tall ones there it was LYNCHY to the rescue and i thought oohhh nnnoooo you dont know what you have gotten yourself in to here...
well he was wonderfull with her and even spent extra time teaching her a few things and he has been a fav ever since...

Thanks for the good times LYNCHY...

and remember the young ones stiil do appreciate the time you spend with them...

Meeting Lynch at the Manningham - he is a fantastic person.

1993 - a great season with the Roys.

1989 - mark of the year against North.

1999, Round 11 v Carlton (Optus Oval) - his "comback-to-form" game, really dished it up to Carlton and SOS (brilliant to watch!).

2000 - a great season with the Lions.

Ahh, there are heaps actually!

Sitting in the middle of Melbourne Demons supporters at last years game a high ball was coming into the forward line where Lynchy was waiting having an arm wrestle with his opponent.

When the ball was still about 20m away from the players I stood up & shouted "he's got it!"

& he marked it!

Who else would give you confidence to risk ridicule & deresion from opposition supporters?

About 1990 or 91, as the Lynch Mob had only been up and running a year or two, we were at the Albion Charles for an aftermatch when Roosy saw the homemade 'Lynch Mob' badges a couple of us were wearing and expressed interest. I gave him a complimentary badge, which he pinned on and wore.

Roosy showed it to Lynchy while still in our company and the man almost shouted 'I want one!' He insisted on paying for it, too.

That was pretty amusing at the time.
