Early Flacco (before he teamed up with the Sandman) is some of the most hilarious stuff I ever seen/heard. Some of his early appearances on the Big Gig still have me in stitches 15 years later.

Growing up I used to love Australia You're Standing in it. Rod Quantock's commentries were also extremely funny.

The funniest show I've ever seen was by Flacco, then known as Flacco de Paenis, at the Prince Pat in Melbourne, long before he made it onto tv.

Rod Quantock's bus tours are also good fun, but have lost some of their early shock value.

A couple of others I like are Anh Do, a Vietnamese-born comedian from Sydney & a two-man-band from Sydney, called The Bovine Connection, who sing lots of very funny tunes. Apparently they have a short-term residency at Sydney's Fox Studios & will be touring Melbourne in January. Check them out.
