Blues Brat, I had completely forgotten the Psychotic Turnbuckles, the undisputed kings of "Rock and Roll Wrestling". They were an awesome live band. Anyone remember the name of their band when they weren't dressed up to wrestle?

Some other good band names:

Melting Skyscrapers
Itchy Rat
Yeastie Girls
Spunkbubbles
The Toothbrush Family

I know several of the Turnbuckles ended up in Sheek the Shayk who are a great band.

Are they still around Rusty or did they move to Pizmo Beach?:)
There other band was The Conspirators.

Still doing the Sydney haunts. My band The Naked Eye supported them when we played in Sin City about 18 months ago.

What label are you guys on? Any releases available in Adelaide, maybe Big Star? Would like to have a listen. I wont ask what genre your music is cause pigeonholing is restrictive.

Eastern Dark would have been huge if it weren't for James Darroch's untimely death. They were one of the first "alternative" bands I saw live when I moved to Sydney in 1983. I saw them at a dodgy nightclub in Ryde, think it was called Jokers or something like that. Happy Hate Me Nots were on the same bill. I'd love to re-live those days.
Cheers Rusty
