Asian Street food.
Ko Phayam for freshness as the chicken is slaughtered as you order it, fish straight off the boat.and veggies taken out of the ground behind the serving stall.

My favourite home cooked meal is a Calzone. I fell in love with this dish in the late 80’s when we used to go to this Italian restaurant in Rundle St called Don Giovanni’s, they made the best calzone and as much as we try I’ve never been able to replicate the sauce they put on. The restaurant closed over 20 years ago now. I do enjoy a surf and turf , steak needs to be medium rare.

In the very same slow cooker I'm yet to **** up my signature pulled bbq chicken that I serve in burgers with slaw, pickles, cheese and sauce with loaded waffle fries.

Had a mate that lived in Boston for a while. He learnt how to cook brisket, man it is good when done right but the process is lengthy.
