I caught DRS a few month ago on TV. I must say I don't/didn't find it as funny anymore.
Except of course, the scenes with Ruprecht in it.

Its been a few years since i watched it, might have to pull it out again
 
Interesting, there has been some stellar movies from the 80s, 90s and 00s but Im not sure the 10s can compete in a head to head fight.
I have more favourites in this decade than the 80s.

The older I've gotten, the less I like things from the 80s (film, TV, music). I think so much of it has dated poorly.

The absolute deluge of media referencing the 80's hasn't helped. There's probably more hours of media referencing the 80's than there was media produced in the 80's at this point.
