Dark Train by Underworld in Trainspotting - the song used in the scene with the baby
That scene really sticks in your head But is Enhanced by the music.

And I guess thats the point, all the scenes people have nominated are enhanced by that particular piece of music.

For me, Ride of The Valkyries and the Choppers in Apocalypse Now really sticks there and the music/scene are intertwined forever (ie if I hear Valkyries I think that scene).

and also "Stuck in the middle with you" really sticks with the reservoir dogs ear scene.

Iggy Pop - The Endless Sea during Dogs in Space - very poignant.

As others have noted The End and Ride of The Valkyries in Apocalypse Now. I love the way The End bookends the movie with the opening and then when the final killing takes place.

The Sopranos

1st episode of season 3 - "Mr Ruggerio's Neighborhood"

The mash-up of "Peter Gunn Theme" by Henry Mancini and "Every Breathe You Take" by the Police while the FBI are installing a bug in Tony's house is ruddy brilliant.
