Tbh, I started this thread with “Under 22”, but then realised WHE is older than that. I knew he would get a few votes.
Plus Under 24 is still young.

You (everyone, myself included) don’t even realise that’s 22 players. None of them are absolutely putrid, some aren’t great. But we have 22 players under the age of 25, who have played at least one AFL game and are compotent.
Crazy. We are building.

A while back when Jarrod Witts was traded was a low point for me. Another one of my favourite players gone after a steady exodus of basically a who's-who of my favourites. I remember a while where we were playing poorly, no one was starring, and I was struggling to pick who would be my new favourite players.

Now I am finding it hard to narrow it down to a 22, I love this playing group so much.

Nearly every player who ran out there on Saturday has a decent claim to being one of my favourites, and there were some of my very faves sitting on the sidelines (Lynden <3)
