Opinions Welcome ;)

I would go with MMM, even though their new format ****s me sometimes. They should know there's nothing wrong with playing quality music from the 80s and 70s as well as what they are playing now

MMM is my #1, and JJJ is part time.

I love MMM's new format, playing a lot of stuff I haven't heard them play in a while...but I miss my Khe Sahn!!!

JJJ is the best on Saturday night's with the Net 50.

Did you go to the recent ABA public hearing for laugh radio? For footy give me 3AW. As for music, I listen to the part time stations more than any of the commercial stations.

Three letters...

J J J

It is the only place you can find new music that isn't mass produced.

I really hate it when the J's play a song and 6-12 months later it appears on commercial radio as 'new music' like they had discovered it.

Used to be a RRR/PBS listener. Still glad they're around, Melbourne wouldn't be the same without them. JJJ for short periods, until the songs start scratching at my brain. Laugh Radio 24/7 at the moment, though.

Usually I listen to CDs, but one regular program I listen to is the Metal show on PBS every Wednesday night.

The commercial stations are repetitive, but Triple M would be the best of a bad lot. If I have control of the radio at work, Triple M gets the nod.

All this hype about new formats is rubbish. It's the same old stuff with a touch less 80s (Coild Chisel) and a touch more 90s + new stuff (Powderfinger and RHCP ad nauseum, and a lot of Pearl Jam lately). The so called request sessions are crap too, because they will only play a request if it's already repetitive playlist.

Had the radio on the other day when some bloke asked for some Abba... the DJ says "no way, we're not playing that, but here's the new one from Something For Kate" ...for about the 14th time that day!

Triple M all the way.

Although every morning on the way to school my mum makes me listen to 3AW with Ross and John... it's been like that for the past four years or so, and I have grown to like them, and now, I listen to them by choice in the morning.
