Have a rather chubby girl on my facey who plasters photos of herself caked in fake tan consistantly each Sunday after getting paraletic the previous night.
Each day she'll post a picture of a huge bowl of yoghurt (presumably one with the highest fat content you can find), strawberries, blueberries , cinammon, chocolate flakes with a fruit juice (again presumably one with as much sugar as possible) next to a good health magazine with the hash tags #cleaneating #goodness etc.
yes whilst the foods you are eating may be "clean" the content and amount of sugar contained in those foods is huge like your thighs.
