Just caught up on this. The main issue I have at the moment with every episode following only a few of the characters is there is not nearly enough Strand.

They've basically taken a good established show, killed off most of the original cast, changed it the format that screwed up the original TWD & gave Morgan his own spin off show.

Agreed, he's suffered due to lack of screen time/direction from the writers. I still hold out hope he'll recover.

Are we to assume that the show is being set up as a feeder show for TWD after Rick, Maggie etc. leave? I'd happily watch a combined show where the current FTWD cast join those I like (Eugene, daylight) in the current TWD set up.

Strand and Eugene conversations would be hilarious.

If I was Jimbo I would've jumped off that roof 10 minutes in.

Also, the van he was aiming for in the initial shot had both sliding doors open so the alarm couldn't have been armed.
Also, the cars seem to have very awesome batteries that hold their charge incredibly well.

Well thank goodness that's over. Unfortunate they didn't all die of antifreeze poisoning... Season started so well and then just nosedived so hard it was totally bewildering.
