It was worked out 2 decades ago females balance out male agression. Due to nature of the justice system male officers in prisons and police caused problems with the way they responded. Females cut down on a lot of brutality against clients
this not only benifite prisoners but also the work force and budget

They also teach males there's other ways of dealing than the testorone way.

It was male Tutors that explained this to me.

I have no issue with gender used this way. When it's done for the sake of it. Different.

You would see the crooks check themselves at times when dealing with a female officer, but at other times it didn't matter, they just wouldn't be able to contain themselves.

Doesn't matter what gender you are when you tell them NO!

Unless they're facilitating a specific program, female officers don't really teach anything. Irrespective of gender, staff are to conduct themselves in a positive way and hope that it rubs off on the crooks.

Some of my colleagues were from the old Pentridge days, they would tell me stories and I couldn't understand why you would voluntarily show up each day to work in that sort of environment.

Who the fk says men kill themselves because of feminism or toxic masculinity.

And is a guy really bragging that men are more successful at killing themselves?

This thread is one of the worst thing on the net.

As maliface said ut is an echo chamber for right wing mra misogyny.

I sincerely hope that if any of you guys are genuinely struggling with life's issues you have better friends to discuss stuff with, because God help you if this is as good as it gets for you.

On that note unsubbed. Dont bother tagging me.

nicky don’t leave!

Females in it for the attention.

Blokes are serious.

I had a girl friend overdose when I told her were breaking up. She told me within minutes of swallowing a whole bottle of valium so I was able to get her to hospital.

She ended up in Pysch ward. I ended up taking her back and she ended up breaking my neck.

If any other person shared this story I would find it outrageous and unbelievable.

There simply couldn't be any other explanation.
He is becoming more and more americanised to the left
his statement you have quoted is the go to strategy of liberals in America when confronted with reality that doesn't suit the idealligy.

Conversely though. There is white ring nuts in this forum. And they do look for debates to jump in on. However by making sure a generalised and labelling post. Pot kettle. Black.

Who the fk says men kill themselves because of feminism or toxic masculinity.

When people get to that state they have a lot more issues in life than what someone said on the net.

But I take the points above, social media can amplify things unbelievably. (But it is all some have so catch 22 and a dangerous one)

Link? Which court?

Last decade survivors of the first few years sued. The British claimed that all attrocities were done by militias outside of thier control. The British High Court ordered a an officer to go through all of command's records. Erskine knew everything. All Units under his command answered to the war Council. He said that the Militias were serving a purpose and to stop them would be counter productive.

Erskine job was to round up all the union leaders and socialists. He ordered villages burnt down crops destroyed and farm animals stolen when they found the guys they were seeking not there. He built Concentration camps and had special branch conduct mass screenings. This was gestapo tactics. Churchill was pm. Oh my goodness. Who could have predicted this?

Rebekah Wershbale said she was ‘stunned’ when a barwoman at the pub informed her she was banned because she was wearing a black T-shirt bearing the dictionary definition of woman as ‘human female’.

Ms Wershbale said: ‘She told me that the T-shirt I was wearing was upsetting people because it was transphobic and not inclusive so I was barred. What she meant was that I was somehow offending men who say they are women because my T-shirt did not include them in the definition of a woman. There aren’t even any transgender staff or patrons at the pub. It’s crackers.’

A nightmare. A ghastly nightmare.

Just like a submissive wife feminism is not a gender problem. It's a human problem. Some of the staunches of male pigs have intelligent wives who are submissive. Radical feminists have many men who support them.

Why? This s**t does happen. If even you reflect back to some s**t that has happened in your life you wouldn't simply believe it.

The pigs said when she broke my neck by repeatdly King hitting me from behind. That they would be criticised for removing her because she is a woman.

When she was detained after the overdose she had access to drugs. The hospital was surrounded by parklands and many used them to bring drugs into the hospital. Hospital didn't care. The more drug phuqed you are the more these vultures called health professionals get away with.

She was very vulnrable after the overdose. The staffs treatment of her lacked compassion. They kicked her out because they viewed her as attention seeking. She was a classic borderline. She had bpd because as a child her step brother sexualy assaulted her over a number of years. And her step mum bullied her because of it.

She died of cancer not long ago at a very young age. Cancer attributed to the pych drugs used to cover up her issues caused by her step brother and mum.

You see when people lead a sheltered life and rely on what thier superiors tell them. They find reality hard to believe.

So man is putting rubbish out and woman approaches him. Woman is breeching restraining order. John Howard steps in and is portrayed as a hero for protecting her.

Man in Hospital woman Charged.

You couldnt Make this s**t up

Good on John Howard (never thought I would say that) for stepping in. It seems like he defused the situation. What's bizarre is the commentary from others on the incident. It's like no-one bothered to look at the details (it appears the woman was the more dangerous party and the man the more vulnerable) and just assume that it was the woman who had to be protected.

He should of stood with the victim who required hospitalisation.

What they don't tell you is that bullying is rife in mines.

Not on mine it's not! Mine sites these days are the poster boy for all things inclusive/diversive/politically correct. Like anywhere you have to pick your audience and even then the rules are rigid so you still have to be uber careful about what you say or do.

Every employee on the mine site was tested on the "code of conduct" that went through every spectrum from appropriate behaviour to "representing" the company off site to unwillingly accepting gifts from other connected companies.

To put into perspective I can't even mention the company I work for in this post because it may be seen as a conflict of interest because it could be viewed that I may not entirely agree with the policy.

There have been recent incidents of "banter" between two in which a third party was offended for one of the two in conversation. These were taken to HR and one even lost employment even the other in conversation was not offended .............................. it was a third party that took offence even though not relative to the discussion between the two.

Bullying on mine sites? I'd say that is very much an exception to the rule.

This stuff is not really new though, even if you say something "offensive" within earshot of someone else you can get sacked for it. You can even get sacked for just laughing at the offensive statement, though i think you can say you were just laughing because you were intimidated and were trying to fit in or something.

Either way I think the offensive thing needs to be sexist, homophobic or racist. Though definitions of this can vary of course...

Of course it varies because offence is taken not given and everyone's idea of what they'd take offence to is different from one person to the next, the problem is though and I'll use the example I posted previously is that the judgement is decided on outcome rather than intent.

The third person took offence on behalf of one of the two in banter discussion between each other - this was not asked for by the one in the banter discussion and yet the other work mate was terminated from employment - even at the protest of the other in the discussion.

Needless to say the third person reporting the supposed "offence" is not very popular among the work force and rightly so, also the company should take a good hard look at itself and realize that trying to "protect and include" everyone has blown up in their faces.

If this is the path that society wants to walk down it should be probably learn from examples like this one and think twice.
