tesseract, how do you separate your subjective feelings from objective reality?
Specific to this thread: by citing independent sources rather than my feelings on the subject. When I do offer my opinion or observation on a matter, I try to word it in such a manner.

Your taking offense is your problem, not mine. You seem rather entitled if you think everyone else must walk on egg shells around you so as to not hurt your feelings and dare offend you. Grow up!
Have no problem with you directing to me but felt as you were impugning my family.

I think that you take the word 'feeling' too literally.
One can say, "I feel you may be wrong" but not sure that they are truly 'feeling' it. What the are really saying is I believe/think you are wrong.

Forgive me, but aren't many of those sources subjective opinion pieces?
Some are based on opinion and/or the author's observations and some cite sources. I've posted many studies, articles, videos and quotes in order to make or reinforce my point. All are independent of my personal feelings.

If you bring your family into these matters, (as you did), my speaking of their potential influence on you is fair game to make a counter-point. So, if you don't want them brought up, don't bring them up[ yourself. You opened the door.

Let's not forget that tesseract brought his pretend wife into debate, you know the one he used to peeve on in the shower? Bit bizarre really, having an intimate relationship with a woman, but having to sneak a look at her breasts :drunk:
Virgin's gonna virg.

Anyway.

What is the general consensus;
Does sexism still exist in Australia (specifically in terms of sexism towards females.) ?

I think "yes".

Adding someone's subjective opinion to your own isn't objectivity.

Are you up for that challenge?

You scan your drivers licence, in the name you joined bf under, send it to Chief, prove you are female and I will change my profile pic to the freo logo for the rest of the season.

What are you scared of?

Is this one of your backed research youtube videos? Or is it of the 1%?

Also, far out you run away from questions and information!
If it doesn't confirm your viewpoint you just pretend it doesn't exist. Just like Tessa...

My fav- the one about 300,000 female slaves in America. Where do you crazy coots find this stuff? Anyway can we get a few slaves over here to sort out my house please-not fussed about the gender. I think that both genders are equally good at cleaning.( or bad)
And why post a video from unsubstantiated data in America, by someone with an agenda, when a page or so back there is verified data from impartial sources in Australia re the gender wage gap, for example.

I disagree, but being the coward that you are can see why you would say that.
Shame that there will not be an opportunity for you to speak to them face to face.
Such a wonderful Christian you are, typical bible bashing hypocrite.

Because that doesn't fit the misogynists agenda.
Using data from the ATO, is obviously bias and unreasonable, but videos from a woman who wrote "war on boys" is balanced and logical ......or basically : :drunk:
