Fev may get a week, although ive got a feeling he may get off.
Murphy will definately get off. It will be looked at but there was no reaction by the west coast player and it looked like a push with an open hand rather than a punch.
Athough Fev was silly with what he did, it was also pleasing to see someone try to block for Juddy. So im really not that disappointed.

Didn't look good at the game. I am not sure if he has any carryover pts or his record status (good, bad, neutral). I think there might be a few players from both sides that might get done for jumper punches.

A few years back and Fev's wouldn't have even rated a mention - a little over zealous trying to hurt the Captn's tagger.

It was a silly thing to do, despite Fev's four goals, Glass was in his mind all day. Fev surcomed to the mind games and had a brain laps, probably will cost him a week.

It was clearly a team rule of the day to knock Selwood around as much as possible and protect Judd. Right from the start Murph etc were in Selwood's face.
Fev just didn't go about it in the right way in that instant. The wusbag made it look worse than it was too if you ask me.

Nothing in it. Deserves a bake from the coach for silly play and thats it. But then again who knows, intentional, in play, low intensity, low impact could add up to anything........

If you guys think think Fev 'might get off with a warning' or 'maybe 1 week' then we wernt watching the same game.
A deliberate punch to the gut to an unsuspecting opponent will cop a minimum 2 weeks and probably more with Fevs record and profile.
Murph will get off with a warning, a fine for wrestling or some points added to his name.

Looked like an open hand to me, followed by a great big girly over-reaction in an attempt to get a free. ***.
How could Fev possibly get a week for that after Maxwell got 1 week for lifting Murphy off the ground by his jaw using a raised, running elbow ?

Fev = 1 week, early guilty plea to bring him to under the 100 points, will play against the Brions
Unfortunately Fev doesnt play for Sydney.
Fevs hit was just a cheap shot in the same boat as Barry Halls but obviously not that severe.

Also anyone notice the player who he "blocked"... Selwood, the bloke who was tagging judd...
The big news during the week surrounded taggers and their antics (hence the over umpiring and the extra free kicks to stevens and Judd)... as fickle as the MRP is they will probably cave in on this due to it being the topic of the moment (as has happened many times)... give him a week and offer a rep on early guilty plea...
Sadly I think he'll get a week.
