Fev.. Rubbed out?

A nice little bit of karma for the Selwood family, after Troy Selwood gave Murphy one in the stomach in last season's game at the Gabba. That one took place inside Carlton's 50, while the ball was down in Brisbane's forward line. Obviously was not picked up by any of the cameras (or the umpires for that matter). Carrazzo had a bit of a push & shove with Selwood, but otherwise Selwood got off scot free.

Karma can be transfered between family member... christ i better warn my family!;)

Wont be nice karma if Fev gets rubbed out.

im telling you no suspended player will play in the tribute match, they won't be picked. Dont believe everything you read

Tribute match is a bigger showpiece for AFL, a game which is already drained of stars that are injured. Thats the main reason they are not counting the H&A suspensions for this game - else it would rob them off more players and turn this event to crap. Dont be surprised when you see Kerr line up for All-stars.

it is a real shame when muppets like yourself pipe up with misinformed information. Once again you need to judge what you read in the paper. Considering the extent of the game a mistake like that would be a monumental stuff up...

http://www.afl.com.au/tabid/208/Default.aspx?newsid=59063

kindly refer to the link, notice that the was the reduced and altered squad for the dream team announced last night, the 4th of May... some 4 or so days after Kerr was suspended... I can see his name... can you?

muppet... back to the Richmond board please!

Isn't it dangerous to use one's entire vocabulary in a single answer?

I didnt say they were ineligible I said they won't play them.

You can call me a muppet all day but I suspect you are the only person here with a fetish for small stuffed animals

As for the bold... not too sure... are you in any danger at the moment?

As for the rest, I suppose you do have Terry Wallace as a coach so no matter how you put a spin on your idiotic comment. What makes you look even more stupid is the fact that they have just completed a cull/addition of/to the squad and he is still in there, please enlighten everyone on this board, how you would put a spin on that...

this should be entertaining

Why make a fool of you when you are doing such a fine job of it yourself?

Yes good reverse psychology there... however we are all awaiting your "Terry Wallace" special spin... please enlighten us all with your words of wisdom...

for your little brain again...
Kerr was suspended on approximately the 28th of April give or take a day due to consideration of appealing. They then did a revision of the Dream team squad on May 4th at about 9pm which can be viewed here... http://www.afl.com.au/tabid/208/Default.aspx?newsid=59063

now if you bothered to read the article, you would of saved yourself the embarrassment of proving to everyone here in the Carlton board how much of a tossbag you are...

refer the following from the article:
"Daniel Kerr is among three West Coast players picked, despite his current suspension from home-and-away matches."

The other key to this is:
"The team will gather in Melbourne for training at the MCG on Wednesday May 7 and Friday May 9, before the final team of 25 (18 plus seven interchange) is named the day before the game"

So answer the following questions:

1. If your moronic "they wont select suspended players" is to eventuate why would they bother to name Kerr in the squad, considering the sequence mentioned above, after the suspension?
2. Why would he bother flying all the way to Melbourne on Wednesday to train with the squad knowing that he would be selected according to you?

Spin away moron... it is a shame you made a fool of yourself, which was only escalated in your piss poor attempt of trying to belittle me...

Run back to your shack now you twat, your not welcome on the Carlton board!

Fantastic news that Fevola has been cleared. Hopefully there won't be anymore of these for a while. This has been 4 in a row for us now. Stevens, Thornton, Pfieffer and Fevola. I'd prefer not to get to 5.

yeah lucky! It is a great honour to play in this match... according to some... lets call them "tigertiger"... he would not have got a match even though he would of been asked to train...

on a serious note... we have the week off HBF... wont have to worry too much about it, unless Judd, Waite or Fev decided to sharpen their elbows and knock out Ker... oh wait he isnt playing apparently... he is just being flown in to train with the squad as moral support...

If they are lucky enough to make the final 22, then i'm hopeful they boys behave themselves and get through the game unscathed.

Now read this slowly and let it sink in

He or any other suspended player wont be picked in the final teams

Such a fictitious world you live in my simple minded pawn...

you poor little peasant... when do you begin to justify this with some things that us (to use simple terms you may understand) "big grown up guys" in the "big world" call hard facts?

Come in spinner... i am still waiting...

Maybe you can provide us with some links to your proof? The articles I can find that say Kerr can't play were all dated April 27-28.

The articles I can find that contradict that and say that he CAN play, are all dated April 30. So perhaps the decision was made after Kerr's suspension?

Can play:

http://www.news.com.au/perthnow/story/0,21598,23622128-5005401,00.html

Can't play:

I think it will be good, you want the best players out there.... Although I think it would be quite controversial if Barry Hall was picked. Not sure how other sports handle it, NFL have their "pro bowl" after the season, and the NBA doesn't have too many suspensions.

Now read this slowly and let it sink in

He or any other suspended player wont be picked in the final teams

"Cox will be joined in the Dream Team by teammates Darren Glass and Daniel Kerr, who is eligible to play despite currently serving a three-week suspension." - http://www.news.com.au/perthnow/story/0,21598,23649748-5005401,00.html

OUCH! You feeling stupid yet?

If you dont feel stupid yet how about I highlight the following to save you clicking on the link...

"AFL spokesman Patrick Keane confirmed the Eagles star is still eligible to play in the one-off match for the Dream Team.
"The AFL, in sanctioning this match, ruled that it didn't count as part of the premiership season, in the same way you are allowed to play in the NAB Cup if suspended the previous year," Keane said.
"Equally, they don't wipe off any part of their suspension in that match."

Who was Patrick Keane referring too... You guessed it... bing bing bing we have a winner... Daniel Kerr!!!

and look I have a source... http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/story/0,25197,23619820-5012432,00.html

now please do yourself a favour and take what shreds of dignity you still possess back to the hole known as the Richmond Board!

ta ta!

ps: just on your "spin" re: they wont select suspended players... (i am still awaiting proof of this... maybe you could impersonate Mark Williams and post it on youtube?)... refer to this from the above article...
"A West Coast spokesman said yesterday Kerr, whose pre-season was hindered by a severe hamstring tear, will be available should Dream Team coach Mark Williams require him.

"He needs to be picked, so it is just a matter of whether he is selected," the spokesman said.

That selection is almost a certainty for Kerr, who has placed in the past three Brownlow Medal tallies but has been heavily tagged in the past three weeks by teams that no longer have to worry about how to deal with either Judd or Ben Cousins."

even bigger ouch...

ta ta again!
