Take that risk then...... if you dont think this sought of behavior can lead to a bad culture i your club then good luck. As the drug problem at WC, it can spread like wild fire.
You are just so worried about Fev kicking 10. I have already punished him enough. I dropped him from my Supercoach team. He only had a leak he didn't take cocaine, kill someone or hurt anyone. I realise he shouldn't have been out at 4AM and that is why he suffered the punishment and when he is well behaved and has earnt the right to be in my dreamteam I will put him back in

Haha nice :thumbsu:

yeah yeah yeah...

Just shows the younger kids at ur club that u can get away with all the things he has done because he is important to ur squad..
Just shows you were hoping for an easier passage on Thursday night.

What an ill-informed comment this is. Cast your mind back 12 months and what sort of punishment dish out to Fevola? That's right, we suspended him for one match, and guess what, it looks like that hasn't worked.

Press conference is set for 5pm at Princes Park, details of Fev's punishment to be confirmed there. However SEN had a rumour that Fev has been fined $5k & removed from the leadership group. Source was from an unnamed player.

If this is true, then I don't think we have gone far enough with his punishment. I would prefer to see him get fined somewhere in the vacinity of $15K and removed from the leadership group.

Fine him 20 grand. And tell him we'll waive it if he agrees to urinate on Greg Miller. That man could do with a wash anyway :D :thumbsu:

Agree with you. And the money should go to charity.

I was under the impression that $5k was the maximum a club could fine a player for code of conduct issues?

can we fine him due to multiple times. each problem is separate from each other!!

$5000 for pissing on the window
$5000 for heavy drinking
$5000 for being out to 4pm

that should do it!!!

What I'm reading staggers me. Some of the Blues supporters comments are a bit light-hearted others though are seriously giving the 'thumbs up' to what fev did.

There is NO justification for his behaviour and for anyone to defend him has lost the plot and possibly any social concious.

1.
He is in the leadership group, with that come responsibility. He has failed in this role miserably.
2.
Out at 4am, and obviously after some serious drinking, 5 or so days before one of the CFC's most important games.
3.
Urinating in Public. Yeah a lot of us have had a leak in public however I'd like to think the % of us that have done it on a window in a fairly public street is pretty low. There is no excuse for doing this.
4.
Shoving the barman - what has he forgot Ireland already?

Look I love the Fev but the time has come for him to realise and actually fix his issues.
Also the amount of people who can still defend his actions need to have a serious good look at themselves.

If he is playing I hope he fires but unfortunately my respect for him has taken a real beating.

Go Blues, I love this Club.

............ Try telling West Coast that...... do you know why you have JUDD??? and why Judd isn't at WC no more?

Na mate, we've obviously got no idea - lucky you're here to edumacate us.....prat !

On topic, the boofhead better kick a bag - he owes us after this unwanted distraction.

Fev should receive the following punishment...

1. A 5k fine
2. Suspension from the leadership group for a period of time
3. Public apology
4. Be forced to listen to 5 consecutive Terry Wallace press conferences.

:)

We want to punish him, not torture him ;) Pretty sure number 4 contravenes international law.

Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War
Adopted on 12 August 1949 by the Diplomatic Conference for the Establishment of
International Conventions for the Protection of Victims of War, held in Geneva
from 21 April to 12 August, 1949
entry into force 21 October 1950
PART I

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1

The High Contracting Parties undertake to respect and to ensure respect for the present Convention in all circumstances.

Article 2

In addition to the provisions which shall be implemented in peace time, the present Convention shall apply to all cases of declared war or of any other armed conflict which may arise between two or more of the High Contracting Parties, even if the state of war is not recognized by one of them.

The Convention shall also apply to all cases of partial or total occupation of the territory of a High Contracting Party, even if the said occupation meets with no armed resistance.

Although one of the Powers in conflict may not be a party to the present Convention, the Powers who are parties thereto shall remain bound by it in their mutual relations. They shall furthermore be bound by the Convention in relation to the said Power, if the latter accepts and applies the provisions thereof.

Article 3

In the case of armed conflict not of an international character occurring in the territory of one of the High Contracting Parties, each party to the conflict shall be bound to apply, as a minimum, the following provisions:

1. Persons taking no active part in the hostilities, including members of armed forces who have laid down their arms and those placed hors de combat by sickness, wounds, detention, or any other cause, shall in all circumstances be treated humanely, without any adverse distinction founded on race, colour, religion or faith, sex, birth or wealth, or any other similar criteria.

To this end the following acts are and shall remain prohibited at any time and in any place whatsoever with respect to the above-mentioned persons:

(a) Violence to life and person, in particular murder of all kinds, mutilation, cruel treatment and torture;

(b) Taking of hostages;

(c) Outrages upon personal dignity, in particular, humiliating and degrading treatment;

(d) The passing of sentences and the carrying out of executions without previous judgment pronounced by a regularly constituted court affording all the judicial guarantees which are recognized as indispensable by civilized peoples.

Herald Sun is reporting that he will be fined $10,000, been removed the L-Group, and if there's anymore alcohol related incidents, he will be sacked
