I was thinking that we have a lot of forwards but in my opinion if Fevola did want to come to Collingwood we should take him. I would rather have to many and allow for injuries than just enough and if one gets injured we get buggered. And fev can kick straight that could be helpfull. How old is Rocca?

Imagine Fev at FF and Rocca at CHF, throw in the likes of Didak and Davis and things look pretty intimidating. Only time will tell, although as of today things are looking even worse between Fev and the Blues.

doubt it will anyway pies rate our players too highly that why traes for big names never happen for us. other sides will give up way more than we will for fev.

Not a bad offer, it all depends on the way in which Fev departs..

Firstly, i would take the shag in a heartbeat if he stated he wanted to come to collingwood. However, the potential flaws in this trade are that the club will not part with its first round selection in this years draft nor will it part with any of its younger players, especially players of egan's ilk because the club can still develop him in the way they see fit. It would go against the clubs youth policy to develop their own and go through the draft rather than trade for ready made players.

Also important to note we have drafted extremely well for our future spine and adding another KPP- a forward would not really be worthwhile. Stick with Rocca (until retirement), Cloke, Reid, Rusling and Dawes. Future can only get brighter.

i think we can afford giving them 1st rnd straight up for fev, the fact that most of our picks are comming good with little of them being duds, with a good strike rate it should be affordable, or give them our 2nd with a fringe young player

I think it would probably take a 1st round pick plus a fringe player in order to secure his services.
