The only way to make a fair draw without extending the season is to form two divisions. Play your own division twice and the other division once (alternating grounds each year).

By far, FAR the best way to run this show.

I've been an advocate for ths arrangement for years. It's just plain common sense, and I'm yet to read a reasonable argument against it.
