What difficulty is everyone playing on? I'm in professional and in 10 minute halves won 10-0 against a crap team, but still think i might have to go up to the highest difficulty

im playing in PRO atm... but in Coca-Cola League 2... i reckon its easier with better teams. so i prbly wont bump it up to WC until i go up a league i think. i didnt play much of 08 though so im still getting used to it all.

Do you guys use Manual Through Ball and Crossing and do you guys play Be A Pro?

I play World Class when playing normal games against the computer, I just started Be a Pro Seasons in the single player and since im still gettin the hang of Be A Pro i play professional difficulty, made a midfielder/winger and joined the Melbourne Victory.

Took me approx half a season to make it from reserves to the starting lineup and then i still managed to top score in the league (altho alot of that came from scoring 6 against Perth Glory in an 8-0 romp ). Just called up to the Australia squad as well, bastards gave me number 95!!!

Victory won the league and I was courted by a few clubs but the 2 that caught my eye were either Rangers first squad or Villareal reserves...decided to head for the Scots (i know its stupid but i need first team football!!! )


In our first game against Inverness Caledonian Thistle i had an appaling first half and was rated the worst player on the pitch then fired back in the 2nd to score 5 goals (yet i still wasnt MoTM, go figure).

So far its been my favourite mode apart from playin online, gonna keep playin till i can fulfill my dream of scoring a hat-trick for the Gunners....soon soon

I have FIFA 06 on PS2 along with FIFA 08 on PS2. Then i got a PS3 and have FIFA08 on PS3. I tend to get every second year in games but this sounds too good to resist!!!

What to do? Wait for FIFA10 or get 09?

On Professional level I am noticing a lack of goals, whether it's for me or the opposition. A lot of games only have 1 goal.

I actually follow the game matey and there are a lot of games with more than 1 goal.... Not every match is 0-0 or 1-0.

A lot of games only have 1 goal.

A lot of real games of soccer only have one goal too. Not all, but a lot.

I know games do have 1-0 but seriously I am noticing most games have just the 1 goal... it is almost like golden goal at times.

What?? I am not complaining that there are not goals every few minutes, just that even the computer does not seem to score very often. I don't want 5-4 scores but it would be nice if there were a few more goals every now and then.

Yeah i use Manual Though ball, semi shot control and semi for crossing.

Rate this game very highly, lots of improvements from 08.

The shooting is improved from the last game, more power. The defending is a fair bit tougher to break down compared with 08, the passing is sharper, rewards one touch passing and quick players can use their speed... Ronaldo is a weapon in this game.

I started off with world class playing with Everton, 2 wins from 2 starts.

Also the soundtrack is very good despite having The Veronicas on it.

Well after playing the demo last night I have decided I am definetly getting this game, hopefully will be able to pick it up later today, and then get used to the game before going online.
