Finally got my PS3 online after shifting into a new place 4-5 months ago. The result?

A FIFA 09' session until 3am which has me completely rooted today!

yes thats happened to me... fixed itself after a few seconds

Happened to me about 3 or 4 times. 3 times it was the opposition and once it fixed itself after a couple of seconds and it's happened to me once aswell.

It's good when you have the ball as they can't really tackle you but when they are attacking it's bloody hard as you don't know where your players are. Just keep slide tackling

Just finished my first BAP year. Did ok, scored a few and finished with an overall rating of 80. Just signed for PSV for a laugh and scored twice from midfield in my first game.

I really struggle keeping the ball and avoiding defenders. Passing, shooting, crossing etc etc is all fine, but every single time I try to avoid blokes I get smashed. ****ing annoying.

your obviously sprinting too much.

try just running around, its way easier to keep the ball and also pump up your reactions, agility, ball control and dribbling.

I think I will need another few decades to adapt to 09 just to be competitive against you next time.

the worst is how you cant save replays unless logged onto the net. i usually just leave my net disabled since other people will be using computers in the house and it'll slow their connection speed and it doesnt really matter.

i've scored some scorchers. got a free kick from about 50 meters out.

i think its getting a bit easy though, even on legendary i win by about 2 goals a game.

That is easily the worst feature in this game, and it always freezes on me when trying to upload them too, not to mention it takes at least 10 minutes to even get 50%, if it will make it there.

its also way to easy to build a shit team into something great.

you gain experience easily, just chuck it all on speed and accerlation and you'll burn everyone off with pace.

still fun though.

I'm halfway through my first season in Melbourne's reserve team. I'm a right winger but am being played as a striker. Have scored just two goals, but both were in 1-0 wins against Sydney

Also got a straight red card for a needless tackle from behind and got injured in my comeback game.
