Just got this and played a quick game.
A Villa V Birmingham
I'll just say that the AI is terrible, Was playing on world class and they (birm) gave up easy posession and missed 3 easy shots from like the penatly spot (1 V 1) so bad that they almost hit the corner post.
Hopefully legendary is abit harder. I won 2-0 by the way
 
The Career mode has had a massive overhaul. I created a Virtual Pro and started a Player Manager career with Cardiff City.

My prayers have come true, before each match you can choose to either play just as your player or control the whole team. Also there are live scores during the game. :heart:
 
just picked up my copy

8 hours till kick off is making me piss but.. flipping work :@

Not getting mine for a while as I got F1 this week and 2K is coming out next week, wouldn't play it too much..

No idea what the update was for, haven't checked online for that info yet but it seems pretty minor.

I haven't read too much into it but you can be Player, Player/Manager or Manager.

I'm guessing as Player you only control your created player during the course of their career and Manager you don't control the players on the pitch just the tactics, sign players etc. Player Manager you just control everything... and you have to sign contracts with your club, I got told I have to finish Top 4 or my contract is up for review.

A few new features that I'm looking forward to getting into. Have already created my team. :D

Uncalled for. Maybe he isn't in the position to pay 100 dollars for a game? Or maybe he prefers to buy two games for the single game you'll be buying?

I've got the game but haven't been bothered investigating yet. What happens if you're doing player/manager mode and your player gets traded. Do you have to become a manager of the team your player is traded to?

I've also heard there's apparently a mode where you play as a player and then become a manager later on, just like in real life.
 
FIFA is a game crying out for a new generation of consoles. The graphics are largely quite poor except for the cutscenes of the players.

Well I guess if your player does get traded then you are the person responsible for doing the deal. I'm sure you get the chance to go to a new team at the end of the season at least.. and then you would become the boss there.

I think if you start off just as a player you get to become a manager later on, I guess the same applies with player/manager if you choose to retire as a player.

I'm glad Career Modes been implemented/improved, it's definately better.

I'm glad EA allow you to save highlights onto your console now as well.
