How do I start using Ultimate Team?, do I have to pre-order FIFA 12?

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it now because if you didn't have a team already created, you would just get the starter pack i think... and some daily gifts.

I'm thinking tommorrow I might make a Ultimate Team thread :thumbsu: where discussing trades can take place between bigfooty people and organising matches etc.
 
How much could I/should I sell the likes of Roger Johnson etc (78 rating) and ratings similar to him for? I never really sold too many players, I just tried to buy and get some bargains when I played last time

On the contrary, I played UT 2011 and still can't get on.

EDIT: Just saw some fineprint. As I'm a new player (signed up after August 18th), I can't get on. Bummer.

My team isn't all that good either. UT at the start is all about luck. Imagine how lucky the people are that opened their starter packs and got a Messi or Rooney :rolleyes:

Agree with Cruyff, not sure how this could be better than PES. I thought PES was a lot better so the demo must have been way off. Anyway, preordered it regardless, release the game earlier dammit.

My UT is pretty poor. Trying to sell my players, probably for too much though. If I'm gonna get 4 gold packs a month, i'll probably sell most of if not all my gold players now. I probably will start with bronze games anyway.

Gotta say, I ****ing hate the idea of contracts as well.

As I said, IGN usually give undeserving reviews to a lot of games. Just thought I'd post it anyway. I don't think I'd ever grade FIFA above a 9. There are always faults that really bring it down (IE forwards CONSTANTLY running offside during majority of your attacks).

Gonna get both but I know I'll be playing PES heaps more.
