Gonna cancel my EB Pre-order. JB have it for $30 cheaper, and I'll only lose the soccer ball and one gold pack a month. EB truly is a rip-off.

I still have my EB pre-order but only have $10 on the deposit, so I'm going to price match with Dick Smith for $69 and end up saving $40. Not entirely fussed about the shitty soccer ball they were going to give me anyway, and I was still paying a premium price without even receiving the UT packs.

Now it's a waiting game....

I decided to not be lazy and called them. I will get my money back, unfortunately the 46 for LA Noire will be on a gift card but I'm sure I can use that in the future. I don't reckon they'll do that match to be honest, probably something about amount of stock and the codes they use etc.

I'm pretty sure you can price match tomorrow. If not, just ask for your deposit back and go to DSE.

Of course they will.

JB has them in stock, but even if they wanted to sell them they can't as the game won't scan up on the system until tomorrow.

Hmm I rang up JB Hi-fi and they said they don't have any preorder bonuses left so nuts to that idea. They said they'd also price match but you'd lose the bonuses? Sounded like crap but didn't matter regardless as they don't have any of the bonuses left. I'd say it'd be similar everywhere anyway.
