So far it's been ok but not amazing in my book. Passing seems to be down and AI is a lot smarter as well. I don't mind a challenge but when defenders do absolutely incredible dribbling, passes and clearances the realism seems to get lost a bit.

Can players actually come to the ball instead of waiting for it to come to them?

It gets faster, just gotta get the players running on. Hold LB (Xbox) (L1 PS3) and then pass, the player who passed it will run on making a nice 1-2.

Yeah, it does get faster. , the more games I play the better it gets, its just so fun.

Would be good if they showed the leading goalscorer and other stats for your team on head to head seasons to make it feel more like an actual season.

Just got disconnected from a game and it counted as a 3-0 loss for me, so frustrating especially when you're playing head to head seasons.

Definitely worth picking up PES, got it yesterday, gameplay is freakin' amazing.

Don't get me wrong, the games pretty good (hasn't reached great for me just yet). I just am getting killed by the refs and poor finishing on my half, even with the computers 1000 times brilliance from 11 to 12, I'm still having just as many if not more chances but I don't get any frees and I just cannot finish. Looking to sell Van Persie at this stage.

What a joke. I bought the boxed version on PC from EB and after going through the cumbersome Origin setup I now have a 3.3Gb update.

And yes it is an update, it's not me being an idiot and downloading the game instead of installing it off the disk.

I think it's fantastic this year TBH.

Having to actually tackle, instead of just standing there makes it far better. I love the push/pull jostling. The AI is great too, they actually retain possession instead of just running for the goal. It makes it so frustrating, just the way soccer should be.

Little gun playing at Panathinaikos. Had the potential to go up from 78-odd to 91 overall in FIFA 11, could probably be as good in FIFA 12. Pacey CAM who scored a lot of goals for me during his time at my club.
