i was over the moon with my pre-order from JB, it arrived the day before release, i couldn't believe it

Will JB deliver on release date or do they send it on release date and than you have to wait a day or two?

I believe they send it out as close to 48 hours before the release date as possible.

Whenever I've preordered on JB I either get my order day of release but no later than the day after.

A mid week game release doesn't bother me, I'd just want it for that weeks end.

I just get the mag to pick it up from JB on his way home. Thursday release.

Although imo the music is disgraceful (I don't mind dubstep, just this stuff is ****ing terrible dubstep) and it's relatively hard watching the capture off the TV, the gameplay looks very good. Liking the passing being a little bit more pingy too.

I'd actually like to see where the game puts his market value.

That's one thing I hated with the last game in Career mode... RVP was probably the only Gunner with a market value over 20mil and their budget didn't really reflect the departures of Fabregas and Nasri (which is why I put them back into the Arsenal squad to sell off again). Although I did sell Gervinho once for 35mil after Real Madrid wouldn't take no for an answer so I guess it evens itself out.

The whole reason the game is released towards the end of Sep is to have the squads updated from the transfer window.

Well he played for the Gooners on the w/e and had no issues so should pass.

If he fails then Arsenal keep him for a year paying his wages.

We just then sign Llorente or Lewondowski.

I reckon Fergie would turn a blind eye to be honest. After losing Lucas Moura, he'd feel pretty sick to lose RVP too.

looks great, love how the first touch is more realistic and the passing looks a bit harder now but the passes are also more firm compared to 12 which is good. also looks like the passing direction is more consistent, no more trying to pass towards the centre and it ends up on the wing.

wish the scoreboard and stuff was different, that's just me being picky though

Don't you prefer PES? Isn't the gameplay there much much faster?

In some ways yes, but you seem to have a more realistic amount of time on the ball in PES, simply because of the momentum aspects of the physics engine. It actually takes time for a player to stop moving or change direction, so you get that vital extra split second on the ball.

I hope Fifa 13 fixes defense man marking...nothing more frustrating in trying to get a forward marked only to see him stroll around by himself a get every long defensive clearance unmarked with 3-4 defenders all zoning around him!!!

And need crosses fixed...defensively and offensively. Sick of small weaker players beating my tall strong players for headers
