For 100 or so games I haven't had a single dc but today I've had 2 and both games my opponent got the win even though one was 1 all.

I've had other freezes aswell but always been able to pass them after a restart, this one is doing it every time.

Definitely something to do with the EA servers because PSN doesn't sign out and all the lights on my modem are green.

They've potentially cost me a chance at promotion to division 3, ****ing w*nkers.

I just bought one of those financial take-overs from the EA football store for my career mode. Never gonna do that against. I got about 50 mil from it! Would rather earn my good players.

Making money in Career Mode is so easy in this game. Some young players with high potential you can get for 10 million less than their 'estimated value' for whatever reason, be it they're out of form or unhappy, or their club is just stupid. And then you sell them 6 months/a year later for massive profits, buy a couple more cheap young players, rinse-repeat.

Got a good core of young players with high potential in my squad at the moment, who can compete against the big EPL clubs no worries. Courtois (23 y.o, 83 overall) in goal, Kalas (22 y.o, 81 overall) + Padadopolous (23 y.o, 80 overall) as the centrebacks, Adryan (20 y.o, 81 overall) + Lucas (22 y.o, 87 overall) + Maher (21 y.o, 82 overall) in the midfield, Fischer (21 y.o, 85 overall) and a scouted player (18 y.o, 74 overall, 89-94 potential) up front. That scouted player actually won the Golden Boot in his debut year, 19 goals from 16 matches (I only offered him a contract during the middle of the season to cover an injury to one of my other strikers, and he absolutely killed it).

Won my first online season match last night, felt really good that i finally had a decent match. I followed it up with a 3 - 0 loss about 20 minutes later... lol.

you can turn off GOAL results commentary in the settings, can't remember where exactly but I don't have to hear that robotic voice anymore so it's all good

I stupidly in a Cup round turned on the goal notifications for every single game.

I don't think the commentators had time to even do my game.

once you buy the takeover do you need to activate it or anything in your career mode or do the funds automatically appear?

They automatically appear next time you go into your career mode. I bought Tony Kroos for my Everton game.

Yeah in my Bradford career game I was stressed when the board only gave me 700k at the start of the 2nd season (english league 2) as I needed to start buying in quality (potential) young defenders. But my stress was eased when I signed a regen ST free agent who was worth 8m as a 17 year old, and accepted a 4k contract...so down the track their is going to be heaps of $$$ to be made just off that freebe regen

I got the invisible ball for the first time in my second season, change the ball in the game settings and it will fix it. Not sure if the patch fixes it or not.

Sorry this might be a stupid question but i just purchased the sugar daddy thing in fifa 13 and was wondering do i only get it for one career mode? if not how do i active it again is there an option i turn on or something?

Had a friendly against Gangnam Style FC or something, whupped them 4-0. My 53-rated ST scored twice by hitting the goalkeeper in the face and it rebounding in, and the majority of my team are coloured gentlemen.

Before the game my reserve CB (rated 44) asked if he could play so I played him.

He dominated and after the match he called me "an incredible guy" and pretty much fellated me via news interview.

My starting squad reads like a who's who of the cripple factory.

Mines been freezing just starting my third season and after the world cup. Not sure why.

It seems my freezing is getting worse.. should I perhaps delete old career modes that I have saved? The slow menus in this game really do get frustrating. It's a shame because the gameplay rocks.

Started a new career with York City for shits and giggles. After half an hour the game froze, started again.

Started a new career with York City for shits and giggles. I had something stupid like $200,000 as my transfer budget with $2,000 for player wages. Dedicated everything to wages, sold a few low-rated (that's saying something, considering they're all rated in the 40s and 50s) and used all the cash I had to bring in free agents. I simulated the majority of matches and won promotion relatively easily.

Obviously, my goal is to win the Premier League title. npower League 1 up next, thinking I will get promotion relatively easily. My funds are still relatively low but there are a few hidden gems in the free agency pool. 64-rated 23-year-old and stuff like that. Even managed to find a 63-rated 17-year-old off the top of my head. His development is coming along very nicely as a left mid.

I will have to replace a great deal of my squad soon, as the majority of guys I got in the free agency pool are all on their way out. Will probably open up a scouting network to have a constant flow of young guys to come in and develop as my team develops.

I had one freeze on the day of release and have had three in the last couple of days across a number of different game modes. Definitely something wrong.
