Hey, this will be my first time getting fifa since Ultimate team is a thing. Does anyone know any places where i can learn about the game mode? or if its easy to explain then explain it? I understand its the most popular online mode now.. my main question is does it require actual money to purchase players?

I only started playing UT about 2 weeks ago... u could defiantly get by with out spending real money. it's not to complex but there are a fair few different elements to it.. I'd suggest YouTube and just google "ultimate team explanation" that's what I did.
I'm sure there's more experienced people here that could help but it's pretty fun and better than playing online seasons against the same teams all the time

It does make you want to spend real money tho lol one tip is don't buy packs unless you have excess points or extremely disposable income (income ur happy with throwing away)

I loved the FIFA 14 gameplay, I just got disconnected every second game by dickheads and got bored. If they fix the disconnection glitch I'll be happy. Not too hopeful though.

that's the reason I started playing UT. so i didn't have to deal with it
