Managing Birmingham at the moment, and we're sitting atop the league. Part of me wants to search for new job offers at the end of the season, but I think I'm going to stick it out and hopefully help guide them into the EPL whilst scouting some young blokes to accumulate some talent for future seasons.

It would be both I'm assuming, but I'm on XB1.

How does this game not ship with the correct squads? Deal with it if you don't have an internet connection somehow, I can't even start a career mode when the servers go down because Welbeck is still with Manchester United unless I update.

Yes. I've never been fussed too much by scouting either, I think it adds to the challenge, even if I used the end of contract scouting far too much in F14.

yeah scouting is good this year, ratings are finally shown

i dont like how alot of the top class strikers just seem to go from club to club. most seem to play out 1 season before moving to another club
